Water tight wheel collar and bearing kit. Military spec hard anodized. Improvement over OEM wheel collars, O-ring seals out water/debris from hub between collar and axle. Resists corrosion and rust. Includes bearings, seals, water tight wheel collars, and extra set of O-rings.
