Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
RideWell, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RideWell”, “we”, “us”), sells aftermarket powersports parts online at goridewell.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.
We are an online-only retailer. We do not operate a store you can visit.
If you have a question about anything here, email privacy@goridewell.com.
The short version
We collect what we need to take your order, get the part to your door, and answer your questions. The most important thing to understand is that we do not ship from our own warehouse. When you place an order, we pass your name and shipping address to the distributor who holds the part so they can ship it directly to you. That is how the whole business works, and section 4 explains it in full.
We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information you give us
When you buy something or contact us, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Shipping address, and billing address if it differs
- Phone number, if you give us one, which some carriers require for delivery
- Order details: what you bought, when, and for how much
- Anything you write to us, including fitment questions, return requests and photographs you send us to support a damage or warranty claim
- Vehicle information you tell us, such as year, make and model, so we can confirm a part fits
We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded plus limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
2. Information we collect automatically
When you visit goridewell.com we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits. This comes from cookies and similar technologies and is used to keep the site working, keep it secure, and understand which pages are useful.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site, including the cart and checkout, will not work properly without them.
3. Why we use your information
- To take, process and deliver your order
- To communicate with you about that order, including confirmations, dispatch and tracking
- To handle returns, refunds, warranty claims and shipping damage claims
- To answer your questions, including fitment questions
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations
- To improve the website and understand how it is used
- To send marketing email, only if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it
4. Who we share it with, and this section matters most
We share your name, shipping address and order details with the distributor who fulfils your order. We drop-ship, which means the part is shipped to you directly from one of our supply partners rather than from us. Our current partners are Automatic Distributors and Western Power Sports. They receive what they need to pick, pack and ship your parcel, and they pass your address to the carrier.
This happens on every order. It is not optional and there is no version of the order that avoids it, because we do not hold stock.
We also share information with:
- Our payment processor, to take payment and handle chargebacks and refunds
- Our ecommerce and hosting providers, who run the storefront and store order records for us
- Shipping carriers, who need your address to deliver, and who may contact you about delivery
- Analytics and email providers, where enabled, to understand site usage and send email you have asked for
- Professional advisers, and authorities, where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others
If RideWell is ever sold or merges with another business, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, warranty and legal purposes, which is typically several years. We keep support correspondence for as long as it is useful for resolving issues and claims. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Ask what we hold about you and ask for a copy
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any marketing email
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it), the right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive categories), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email privacy@goridewell.com. We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order, before we act. We will respond within the time your state's law requires.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, and payment is handled by a specialist processor so card details do not pass through our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@goridewell.com and we will delete it.
9. Where we operate
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and our operations are in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
10. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they handle Do Not Track signals and there is no common standard. We do not currently respond to them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact
privacy@goridewell.com for anything in this policy. support@goridewell.com for orders and general questions. returns@goridewell.com for returns.
