Shipping costs
Standard items and motorcycle tires ship free on orders of $75.00 or more. The threshold uses the full merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping. Below $75, standard shipping is $9.75 per order and motorcycle tires ship for $9.75 each. Shipping is shown in your cart before checkout.
ATV/UTV tires and wheels, wheel kits and large items are excluded from free shipping. Their per-item charges apply at every order subtotal: tires and wheels $18 or $35 each, wheel kits $22 each, and large items from $35 each. The product page and cart show the applicable fee. In mixed carts of $75 or more, eligible items ship free while excluded items retain their per-item shipping charge.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not currently able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, or APO and FPO military addresses.
Shipping and delivery time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders containing several parts may arrive in more than one shipment.

Order cancellations and changes
Orders may only be cancelled before they ship. Email support@goridewell.com immediately for assistance.
Need to change your shipping address after ordering? Email support@goridewell.com immediately for assistance. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible or may carry a $20 carrier fee.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Email support@goridewell.com with your order number and a description of the fault, and we'll help you start the claim with the manufacturer. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
Manufacturer warranties generally exclude parts used in competition or racing, parts used commercially, and damage from improper installation, modification, neglect or normal wear. Electrical parts are frequently excluded once installed.
Refused deliveries
If you refuse a delivery or a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the shipping costs plus any carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.
